Conditioning: Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes

8 Power Snatches (115/75)(95/65)

10 Push Ups

18 KBS (70/55)(55/35)

If it takes you 1 min and 30 sec to complete you then have 30 seconds rest. IF you are not finishing in the 2 min....reduce the amount of reps per each movement
