Max Effort Fitness-CrossFit Drexel Hill offers small group training classes built upon workouts of the day, strength and conditioning and high intensity training. This style of training is designed to help you build your fitness and prepare you for everyday life!

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for EVERYONE—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

THE WORKOUTS: The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.  The workouts are different every day and tailored to the INDIVIDUAL. 

Intensity levels are adjusted for all and used to challenge the individual while safely improving  fitness.

IS CROSSFIT FOR ME?

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START CROSSFIT?

No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.

Max Effort Fitness-CrossFit Drexel Hill Personal Training creates a one-on-one fitness program for your specific needs to improve your health and fitness level as well as develop your athletic ability.  Individual instruction and coaching is best if you are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention, accountability and motivation. Your coach will design a program specifically targeted at optimizing your strengths and improving your deficiencies, thereby allowing you to accomplish your goals as quickly as possible.

CrossFit Conditioning is the class you are looking for if you like non-stop, fast-paced cardio without the heavy weightlifting! CrossFit Conditioning blends traditional and non traditional fat burning workouts in a 60min high intensity cardiovascular combination to boost your strength, stability, balance and overall strength and power! This class is perfect for the non-athlete or beginner athlete looking shed weight and body fat, or for the serious athlete looking to improve overall cardiovascular performance.

Proper nutrition is one of the most important factors in your
overall health and fitness regimen. Whether you are looking to take your athletic pursuits to the next level or lose that stubborn body fat, Max Effort Fitness provides a number of services to help you reach your nutriton goals.
