Stephanie Collins

Owner of Max Effort Fitness-CrossFit Drexel Hill

 

Stephanie was introduced to CrossFit  because she was tired of the same old monotonous routine of going to a chain style gym every day to train specific body parts day in and day out. She was looking for something different to push and motivate her to become stronger and healthier.  Stephanie was an athlete all throughout her youth and went on to compete as a Top 5 NPC National Figure athlete and earned her IFBB Figure Professional status by winning her Figure class in 2006. She has established herself as a recognized trainer and nutritionist for the everyday person, athlete, competitive bodybuilder and figure athletes. She has helped men and woman of all shapes and sizes achieve weight loss and or competition goals.  Over the past two years, Stephanie worked to establish the Strength and Conditioning program and acted as head coach at Inside Out Training before deciding to open Max Effort Fitness.

Stephanie is a Professional Figure Athlete and has been a spokes model and sponsored athlete for CytoSport Nutrition since 2004. Stephanie has over 20 years of resistance training, fitness conditioning and Sports Nutrition Experience.

 

 

A note from Stephanie: My philosophy on exercise and well-being is simple: Everyone is different, yet everyone is capable of accomplishing goals. There is no such thing as excuses, and there is always time. The only variables that affect one’s training are dedication and heart.  Exercise starts out for many as a major change in life. But when it comes down to it, working out is not something that needs to be implemented into a person’s life; IT IS A WAY OF LIFE! Exercise is a lifestyle!!

Bri Donnelly:

Crossfit and Conditioning class Coach

​

Bri grew up in Delaware County, PA. and although Bri was not able to play competitive sports due to her visual impairment, she has had a passion for being physically active all her life. Bri loves to create a safe and fun environment for everyone to learn, grow, and become a stronger individual. Bri attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania for her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She continued her education at West Chester University to receive a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Sport Performance. Bri is currently working toward her Doctorate in Education at West Chester University. Bri has over 500+ hours of physical therapy internships and strength and conditioning experiences making her well versed in the areas of programming, rehabilitation, and Olympic Lifting. Additionally, Bri is an Adjunct Professor at West Chester University, teaching Exercise Science and Disability Studies classes, as well as a Personal Trainer. In her free time, Bri loves to work on Olympic Weightlifting and her Crossfit skills.

Did you know that female dragonflies play dead to avoid mating? Now that I have your attention, welcome to my bio! I am the best coach as well as the sexiest coach at CrossFit Drexel Hill - Max Effort Fitness. It was only a poll of 1 person, but I’m sure everyone else would agree. Haha!

 

My goal is to make sure that your one hour at CFDH-MEF   is the best hour of your day. My knowledge doesn’t mean a thing if you aren’t enjoying class. So my goal is for everyone to remain safe, have fun, to ensure a good workout, and learn something new about each athlete in my class. Time pending, my classes will start with a ridiculous, but unique ice breaker and end with some core work that will have us beach ready by summer! Hope to see you in class!
