20 Min AMRAP Reps: 12/10/8/6/4/2 Front Squat Thruster BB or DB Push Up Ren Rows Slam Balls Straight Leg Sit Ups (weighted) Burpees

*finish each round or rep scheme with a 200M RUN


*repeat for 10 reps, then 8, then 6, then 4, then 2 and continue back to 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 until the 30 min is up.
