Partner B:
10 Push Press (135/95)(125/85)(115/75)
15 Hang Power Clean
20 Weighted Sit ups (45/25)
Partner A will complete the dubs while Partner B completes movements...When Partner A finishes the dubs/jumps, they switch and Partner A finishes where Partner B left off....continue for 30min
