Sit ups Tabata: 8rds, 20sec on, 10 sec off

Push Up Challenge...Do as many unbroken as u can


Dumbell WOD

6 Rounds:

30 Air Squats

20 DB Hang Power Cleans (35/25lb DB)

12 Sit Ups

200m Run if possible or (sub 10 Burpees)

* (can use treadmill for run....1min Sprint)

10 ROUNDS FOR TIME 20 Mountain Climbers 20 Situps 20 Air squats 20 Alt Lunges
