Push Up Challenge...Do as many unbroken as u can


Dumbell WOD

6 Rounds:

30 Air Squats

20 DB Hang Power Cleans (35/25lb DB)

12 Sit Ups

200m Run if possible or (sub 10 Burpees)

* (can use treadmill for run....1min Sprint)
