HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY PARTNER WOD


5 and 6am will be OPEN GYM due to my eye infection.

There WILL BE a 9:30am class



Valentine’s Day Partner Wod:


For time: (split up however you like)


50 Partner Burpees

100 Slam Balls

100 Pull-ups/Ring Rows

200 Double Unders (400 singles)


*( For Partner Burpee....one person holds an elbow plank while the other does a burpee and jumps over them)


Then immediately into:


4 rounds: (split reps evenly)

14 Thrusters (95/65)

14 Kettlebell Swings

14 Box Jumps(24,20)
