DB WOD:
Bicep Curls 3x12 each arm
Tricep Ext 3x10 each arm
Conditioning:
7 Rounds For Time
7 Push-Ups
7 DB Thrusters
7 Lying Knees-to-Elbows
7 DB Deadlifts
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings (can use Dumbell)
7 DB Single Arm Rows (7 each arm)
*Lying Knee to elbows or something similar to this motion

BodyWeight WOD:
5rds 45 sec on 15 sec rest
Jump Squats
Shoulder Taps
Jumping Jacks
Butt Kickers
Toes to Wall
Push ups
*For toes to wall:
Lie on your back with your hands on the wall behind you. Raise your Toes and lift your torso until your toes touch the wall behind you. (u can use ur couch, table, chair whatever.)
