Saturday Barbell Class!


Barbell class with Coach Maya will be every Saturday at 10:30am. We are doing a 4wk trial run for the class so all are welcome!! Barbell class will be strictly weightlifting and we will focus on Olympic lifting, deadlifts, squats and accessory work!
