Welcome Collin and George to the Coaching Staff!


I am very excited to welcome Collin and George to MEF Coaching Staff!

George Else, one of the amazing members of Max Effort Fitness-CrossFit Drexel Hill completed his CrossFit Level 1 certification this past weekend! I am happy and proud to have George be a part of the coaching Staff at Max Effort CrossFit Drexel HIll! George will be a great addition as he is a natural at helping people move better and become better! George is always positive, very motivating, and always has a smile on his face!! Thank you George for your loyalty and dedication!!

Collin grew up in Philadelphia where he acquired his love for all-

things fitness. With a BA in Nutrition, he is soon to become a

Registered Dietitian. Collin also has his CrossFit Level 1 Certification.

"Fitness should not be dreaded, it should be stimulating," says Collin. His area of expertise involves functional training movements that will harness the body's ability to excel in everyday activities. He specializes in training techniques that will prepare you for the unknown. Collin has used his unique training style to coach diverse individuals who are pursuing something more than mundane exercises. His clients range from little league baseball teams, college athletes, moms, dads, law enforcement, and senior citizens. There are no pre-requisites for fitness.
