  • Then, 5 Rounds of:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

  • Then, 4 Rounds of:

  • 4 Pull-Ups

  • 8 Push-Ups

  • 16 Air Squats

  • Then, 3 rounds of:

  • 15 Hang Power Snatches (135/95)(115/75)

  • 25 Dubs

  • Then, 2 Rounds of:

  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)

  • 30 Slam Balls

  • Rest 2 minute

  • Finally, perform:

  • 50 Burpees
