Minute 3: Slam Balls

Minute 4: Push Press (75/55 lb)

Minute 5: Dubs/Jump Rope


Partner A will complete the movement for 30 seconds and then switch so Partner B can do the last 30 seconds of the minute.

Today is my birthday BUT we will be celebrating with a bday wod on Tuesday since its leg day! My favorite day! Reminder: 5&6 am are OPEN GYM and there is NO 9:30 today. I will see everyone at 4:30pm!
