1 Single x 1 double...continue that sequence until you accumulate 25 single double unders in a row
Then do controlled stop Double Unders. Start with 2 doubles and stop.....move to 3 doubles and stop....go as far up in numbers until you break form or slip up.
Then move onto practicing consecutive Double Unders
