You will perform this workout like the song and the original “12 Days of Christmas” WOD. Complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round.
So you will do 1 Deadlift.
Then 2 Hang power clean, 1 deadlift.
Then 3 front squats,2 hang power clean, 1 Deadlift
Then 4 Shoulder Press,3 Front Squats, 2 Hang Power Cleans, 1 Deadlift........ etc
