6 TTB
5 hang power Snatch (135/95 95/65 75/55)
4 HSPU
3 burpees over the bar
*Every 5 Min stop and do 20/10 Push Ups (20 for men, 10 for woman)
You go, I go style will be Partner A completing 50 Dubs, then Partner B completes 50 Dubs. Partner A completes 6 TTB, Partner B completes 6 TTB...etc etc
