400 m running (Partner A/ B will run 100m increment relays ….ill explain)

44 back squats (115/75)(95/65)

44 weighted sit ups (45/25)

44 slam balls (25/15)

Bear Complex = 1 power clean + 1 Front Sqaut + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Behind the neck Push Press
