Even: 4 Front Squats

Odd: 6 Back Squats

Barbell weight: Take 90% of 1rm Back Squat, then use 80% of that #


Conditioning: For Time:

100 Double Unders / 200 Singles

75 Deadlift (185/145)(165/125)

50 Box Jump (24/20)

25 KBS (70/55)(55/35)
