Conditioning: Every Minute on the Minute For As Long As Possible (Up to 15 Minutes)
6 Power Cleans (12/85)(115/75)
4 Thrusters
Choose a weight that allows you to get through at least 10 minutes.
Power cleans should be done unbroken, BUT if you must break up....QUICK rest then get back to the Cleans. ALL Thrusters should be done unbroken.
IF you finish in 8 min that doesn't mean you have to stop. Take a min or 2 off and then start back on the next Min
