Barbell weight: Take 90% of 1rm Back Squat, then use 69% of that #


Conditioning: 1-10 Ladder

1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean (135/95)(125/85)

2 Power Clean + 2 Squat Cleans

Then switch the weights for the deadlifts and complete:

1 Deadlift + 1 Burpee (225/155)(185/135)
