12 min Amrap 4 Devil Lunges ( burpee part of devil press then left/right revers lunge = 1 rep) 10 KBS

4 DB Lungesters ( left/rigth alt lunge plus thruster = 1 rep)

Total Reps per round = 18


Bodyweight

12 Min AMRAP

4 Burpees

4 Squat thrust + jump

10 Alternating Unweighted Lunges

Total reps per round = 18
