Tricep ext: 3x12
Bicep Hammer Curl 3x12 each arm
Conditioning:
8 Rounds (For Time)
8 Thrusters (75/55)
8 Burpees Over the Bar or DB
RX + 10 Thrusters / 10 Burpees Over the Bar
**Intention on RX+ is NOT to go heavier, just faster with the higher reps and light weight.
