Today is our bodybuilding day but for everyone to get points for their team, we will be doing a WOD everyone can do regardless if you have weights or not.


DB or OD OBJECT WOD: THIS WOD IS FOR ALL


For Time:

100 Alternating DB Hang Clean and Jerks (50/35)(35/25)


*If you do NOT have a Dumbell...find something that has some weight to it. Water bottle, a rock from outside, soup can...anything! If you are stuck please ask.
