Abs for April!! Starting Monday, every day during our warm up we will be focusing on our core and building that 6pack!
Also for the Month of April we will be doing our Skill days on Wednesdays focusing on Pull-ups/HSPU, Ring Dips, and Muscle Ups.
Our Workouts for the Month of April will be DUMBELL FOCUSED! Meaning all of our WODS will include Dumbells ONLY!!! (barbells are discouraged for the month of April BUT if its a matter of quantity/weight etc a BB can be used.
We have done this the past few years with our April WODs and by using only dumbells it helps even out any imbalances the body has and it helps work on core and stability!
