Max Testing week is next week (02/17/2025 - 02/21/2025), the goal for this week is to move heavy weight with good technique in preparation for Max testing.
Strength: Chest and Back (15 minutes)
1A. DB Bench Press 3x5 @ 8-9RPE
1B. DB Chest Flys 3x8 @ 8-9RPE
Superset:
2A. DB Single Arm Rows from Floor 3x10ea @ 5-6RPE (VIDEO)
2B. DB Tricep Straight Arm Kickbacks 3x8 @ 5-6RPE
Conditioning: E3MOM (Every 3-minutes for 21-minutes)
-3 Wall Walks OR 9 Push ups
-15 KB Goblet Squats (55/45) (35/25)
-Max KBs Farmer Hold until failure (55/45) (35/25)
Once you reach failure on the Farmer Hold, rest until start of next round
