  • 2 mins of Box Jumps (24/20 in)

  • 2 mins of Push Press (75/55)(65/35 lb)

  • 2 mins of Weighted Sit-Ups

  • 2 mins of Kettlebell Swings

  • 1 min of Rest

1 person works at a time. Partner A will do MIN 1 of the movement..then partner B does 2ND min of the movement. Both complete all movements and rest for 2 min. Repeat for the remainder of the amrap
