-While Partner A is rowing, Partner B Holds 2 Kettlebells OR dumbbells in front Rack position (45/35) (35/25) (VIDEO), then switch

5 Burpee penalty for each drop of kettlebells

3 Rounds with a Partner (partition the reps however you'd like):

30 Deadlifts (185/155) (155/125) (125/95)

30 Hang Power Cleans

60 Double Unders / 120 Singles

Non-working partner must hold a Hollow Hold in order for working partner to accumulate reps.
