Monday June 3rd WOD

 Just wanted to update you guys for the summer programming. We will be starting a new 8wk strenght cycle that Dr. Bri Donnelly created for us tomorrow! It will focus on the olympic lifts a little more as well as our beloved leg day and bench day! And with that.....we will be doing AWAY with Partner Wod Wednsedays for the time being. IT'S NOT FOREVER as I know some of you will be sad about this BUT they will be back I promise. We still have partner wod Satrudays! Be sure to check the blog for the daily workouts as there will be some accessory movements with an added link for you familiarize yourself with a little before coming to class!


STRENGTH: OVER HEAD SQUATS:

5 SETS OF 3 REPS (5 X 3) with a 3sec pause at the bottom of the last rep in each set (So you will pause on rep #3)

If you know a 1rm OHS use 70-75% for your weight.

If not, just choose a weight that is challenging for the 3 reps
