6 Deadlift
7 Pull ups
8 Weighted sit ups (45/25)
9 Push Ups
10 KBS (55/35)
11 Alt DB Lunges (50/35)(45/25)
12 Hang Power Snatch (if you have to adjust weight for snathces...please do so)
