Conditioning; For Time. As fast as possible

there is 5&6am class!

21-15-9 reps of:

push press

pull ups

with 200m run after each round

So you will do 21 push press then 21 pull ups followed by a 200m run. Then 15 push press, 15 pull ups, 200m, and so on.
