At 11:00

6 Push Up + Pull Across

6 Barbell Power Clean & Jerk

At 12:00

7 Push Up + Pull Across

7 Barbell Power Clean & Jerk

At 13:00

8 Push Up + Pull Across

8 Barbell Power Clean & Jerk

...Continue adding 1 rep/minute for as long as possible until 18:00!

If you can not complete the number of reps in the minute. Take the min off and start back at # 4..5..6..7
