Partner WOD!

Minute 1 – 9 Burpees + 9 Power Snatches (117/75)(96/65)

Minute 2 – 9 HSPU/ 30 Dubs + 9 Push Press/30 Dubs (115/75)(96/65)

Minute 3 – 9 MAN MAKERS + 9 Slam Balls/30 Dubs (40/20)

 

Sequence is as follows:

Partner 1 does 9 burpees, Partner 2 does 9 snatches.

Partner 1 does 9 HSPU/30 Dubs Partner 2 does 9 Push Press/30 Dubs

Partner 1 Does 9 Man Makers, Partner 2 does 9 Slam Balls/30 Dubs

On the next set of rounds, partners switch and alternate each round.
