TAPER WEEK: Max Testing week is next week (02/17/2025 - 02/21/2025), the goal for this week is to move a light-moderate amount of weight with good technique in preparation for Max testing.


Strength: 10-minute EMOM

-1 Snatch Grip Deadlift

-1 Hang Power Snatch

-1 OH Squat

continue to add weight each new minute until you feel that you are at a 6-7 RPE, then work at that weight for the remainder of the EMOM.


Conditioning: "Hook and Ladder" (Time cap 25-minutes)

30 Burpee taps to Pull up Bar (burpee under pull up bar rig, must jump and tap pull up bar)

30 Power Clean and Jerks (95/65) (75/55)


[On the 5:00]

2 Rounds:

15 Burpee taps to Pull up Bar

15 Power Clean and Jerks (95/65) (75/55)


[On the 10:00]

3 Rounds:

10 Burpee taps Pull up Bar
