TAPER WEEK: Max Testing week is next week (02/17/2025 - 02/21/2025), the goal for this week is to move a light-moderate amount of weight with good technique in preparation for Max testing.
Strength: 10-minute EMOM
-1 Snatch Grip Deadlift
-1 Hang Power Snatch
-1 OH Squat
continue to add weight each new minute until you feel that you are at a 6-7 RPE, then work at that weight for the remainder of the EMOM.
