Conditioning:

3 Rounds: 200 M Run 25 Dubs 3 Rounds 7 Thrusters (95/65) 7 Pull-ups 7 Burpees

The way this works...

you will run 200m and do 25 DUbs.........then 3 rounds of 7 thrusters, 7 Pull ups 7 burpees.............thats 1 round. You will then go back to the 200m run...25 dubs.......3 round of 7, 7, 7 then repeat
