Partners alternate rounds.
2 Bar Muscle Ups or 4 Pull ups (Rx Strict Pull ups) 6 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)(95/65) 10 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)(55/35)
*Both partners will come in from the run, then partner A will do 2, 6 10....then Partner B will do 2, 6, 10.... then both partners go back out for the 400m Run....repeat for 25min.
