Conditioning: 26min EMOM Partner WOD

A. 10 Hang Power Snatches (115/75) (95/65) B. 10 Toes to Bar

A. 20 KBS (70/55)(55/35)

B. 8 Burpees **The way this workout works:

1st minute: Partner A completes 10 Hang power Snatches while Partner B completes 10 T2b. (rest remainder of the minute)

Then swap for the second minute. Partner B does 10 Hang Power Snatch and Partner A does 10 T2B

3rd Min Partner A does 20 KBS, Partner B does 8 Burpees. Swap on min 4.

Min 5 Partner A goes back and does the 10 snatches, Partner B does 10 T2B etc etc
