Tuesday September 17th WOD

The CrossFit Games Open is coming!! It’s time to test your fitness against the rest of the world. Starting on October 10th, CrossFit will release one workout per week for five weeks. There are RX and scaled versions of each workout. Get your name on that leaderboard and see how you stack up against your workout buddies and the rest of the world.
