***Partner A has one minute to finish the 5 Power Clean and 5 Burpees. Whatever time is left in the minute is rest time. While Partner A completes the reps, Partner B is hanging from a pull-up bar. Then you Switch. Partner B has 1 min to complete 5 Power Clean/ 5 Burpees while Partner A hangs.
