Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Open! It always proves to be an eye-opening experience for many, and this year was no different. Hopefully you’ve had some time to reflect on your workouts and have picked a few things you’d specifically like to improve on over the next six months. If not, it’s time to set some new goals and get ready to tackle some new skills!!
