8 DB Step Ups Right Leg(35/25)(35/15) (20/20 in)

8 DB Step ups Left Leg

12 Push Presses (115/75 lb)

10 Pull Ups

For the Lunges.....you will step up with your right leg and then step down with the left leg, but keeping the right leg on the box.....then you will switch legs.... SO you are keeping tension on the right and left leg for all 8 reps.
