Conditioning: 18 Min AMRAP 8 Pull Ups 8 Back Rack Barbell Step Ups Right leg (95/65rx+)(75/55rx) (24/20) (20/18) 8 Push Press 8 Back Rack Barbell Step Ups Left leg

****Scale with DB Step ups (35/25) The way this works is you do 8 pull ups, then 8 weighted step ups with the right leg only, 8 push press, then 8 weighted step ups with the left leg only. Keep repeating for 18 min!
