Conditioning:

400m run Together

....Then..... partners alternate rounds. 2 Bar Muscle Ups or 4 Pull ups 4 Handstand Push-Ups 8 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)(55/35)

*Both partners will come in from the run, then partner A will do 2, 4 8....then Partner B will do 2, 4, 8.... then both partners go back out for the 400m Run
