Strength:  Stiff Leg Deadlifts 4x8

Conditioning:

Every 4 Min for 5 Rounds

You will do one round as fast as possible every 4 min for 5 rounds.  200m run 10 Deadlifts (185/155)(155/135)  12 Box Jump Overs

*choose a weight on the DL you can go unbroken with

Try to finish each round leaving 1min rest
