Conditioning: 10min EMOM

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes 3 Thrusters (Rx+115/75)(Rx 95/65) Max Reps Power Cleans So every minute you do 3 Thrusters and then as many reps of Cleans for the rest of the minute. Score is total Clean and Jerk reps ONLY!
