Reminder! Sat June 23rd is our 4yr Anniversay Competition/party! There will be NO Classes! 

Come on by to cheer the members on and or celebrate with us! Comp starts at 10am. Party will start around noon and or when Competition is over. There will be raffle baskets and 50/50 chances! 

No Strength today! If you have to stagger start wods to allow for bike/row use you can. No Strength today because of Comp. 

Conditioning:  In 8 Min 800 M Run Then AMRAP 20 Air Squats 10 KBS 20 Abmat situps Rest 2 min 8 Min AMRAP 15/12 cal Bike/Row 10 Alt DB Snatches. (50/35 20 Shoulder Taps Rest 2min 8 Min AMRAP 40 Double Unders 10 Plate to OH (45/35) 20 Lateral Plate hops ‎
