Reminder! This Friday is the last day week for the 4:45pm class before the summer hours start next week! Starting June 1st there will be NO Friday afternoon 4:45pm class during the summer months and Sunday OPEN gym will be by request only! All other class times will remain the same. If you are used to coming on Friday afternoon, 6am on Fridays would LOVE to have you join the class!
