Welcome MEF's newest Coach, April Price!

I would like to introduce Max Effort- CrossFit Drexel Hill's newest CrossFit Coach April Price! April has a strong passion for CrossFit and will be a great addition to the Coaching Staff! April will be coaching Thursday afternoon classes, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm! Be sure to get to class on Thursdays!

A note from April: I began my professional fitness career in 2002 as a personal trainer. In 2014 I fell in love with crossfit after just 1 WOD. As health and physical fitness has always been important to me, Crossfit presented me with a new opportunity to challenge myself both mentally and physically, along with having the support and encouragement of the athletes that were around me. The "family" and "community" that comes along with this sport is one of my favorite aspects about it. Crossfit has all around had such a positive effect of my life and has made me a better athlete, trainer, coach, friend, and mother. My goal is to help educate and pass on all of the amazing things that this sport and community has to offer every single person, at any fitness ability level. I love this sport so much that I truly want to share it with everyone that I can. Being a coach gives me the ability to change someones life in the most positive way. "The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” - Steve Jobs
