Deadlifts: 5x3 @ 75% Last set is a ME Set

Conditioning:

5 Rounds: Each Round is 2 Min: (15min Clock) 40 Double Unders 10 Single Arm DB Push Press Right (50/35) (35/25) 10 Single Arm DB Push Press Left (50/35) (35/25) Max rep KBS at the end of each round

*Rest 1 Min between rounds

*Weight on DB choose what you can do Unbroken for all 5 rounds

* If you do not have dubs do 40 hops over DB, if not finishing with in 30 sec of the the 2 min, scale dubs or hops on future rounds

Score is total reps of KBS at end of the 5 rounds
