Conditioning
For Time: 30 Plate hold Weighted Sit Ups 40 Front Hold Plate Alt Lunges (45/25lb) 25 Weighted Sit Ups 40 Front Hold Plate Alt Lunges 20 Plate hold Weighted Sit Ups 40 Front Hold Plate Alt Lunges 15 Plate hold Weighted Sit Ups 40 Front Hold Plate Alt Lunges
For the situps, The plate will touch the ground behind your head and then again in front of your feet.
For the lunges you will hold the plate out in front of you with the elbows bent at 90 degrees. Elbows will be kept close to the rib cage. DO NOT REST PLATE ON ANY PART OF THE BODY GOAL TIME IS 15MIN OR LESS!
