All the way to 20 minutes. If you miss a minute finish off as AMRAP increasing by 1. No RX Plus- Rx- 75/55 Min 1- 1 Power Clean, 1 S2OH Min 2- 2 Power Clean, 2 S2OH Min 3- 3 Power Clean, 3 S2OH Min 20- 20 Power Clean, 20 S2OH
