Thursday Workout: 5 rds 4min Amrap 30 Sit ups 20 Deadlifts (135/85)(95/65) 10 Push Press Max Dubs/Lateral Bar hops 2 Min Rest Btwn rounds So you complete 30 Sit ups  20 Dead lifts  10 Push Press. Remainder of time do dubs or bar hops Then rest for 2min Sit ups should take about 60 seconds. If it takes longer scale the # down. Deadlift and Push Press weight should be a weight u can do Unbroken
